1. The Service
The Service offers downloads of digitized versions of audio recordings, artwork and information relating to such audio recordings, and other content (individually and collectively, "Digital Content") and other services under the terms and conditions in this Agreement.
2. Digital Content
2.1 License. Upon your payment of our fees for Digital Content, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the Digital Content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use.
2.2 Restrictions. You represent, warrant and agree that you will use the Service only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other use restricted in this Section 2.2. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content's copyright owners and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. Except as set forth in Section 2.1 above, you agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of a third party and is protected by law.
2.3 Explicit Content. You agree that we have no liability to you for Digital Content you find to be offensive, indecent or objectionable.
2.4 All Sales Final; Downloading and Risk of Loss; Availability of Digital Content. All sales of Digital Content are final. We do not accept returns of Digital Content. Once you have purchased Digital Content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make back-up copies of it. If you are unable to complete a download after having reviewed our online help resources, please contact us. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash. We may, from time to time, remove Digital Content from the Service without notice.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
1 Temporarily Disable Anti-Virus Programs: Anti-virus programs such as Norton and McAfee may prevent your downloads from completing. If you have these programs installed and you are experiencing issues downloading your songs, we recommend you temporarily disable your anti-virus program when purchasing from an MP3.
2 Disable Pop-Up Blockers: You should adjust your browser settings to allow pop-up windows from www.unsignedchart.com.
3 Enable Cookies: www.unsignedchart.com use cookies to confirm your purchases and manage your MP3 file downloads. You will need to enable your browser to accept cookies from Amazon.com to successfully download files.
4 Disable or Adjust Firewall Settings: If you have a firewall installed on your computer system, you may need to adjust your firewall settings to allow the Downloader to access the Internet.
5 Enable Downloads from www.unsignedchart.com: You may need to add www.unsignedchart.com to your list of trusted sites or allow downloads from www.unsignedchart.com if your browser displays a security warning.
6 Enable Download Notifications: In certain cases, your browser's security settings may be preventing file downloads without displaying any notification. If this occurs, your download will fail, but your browser will not let you know why it has blocked the action. Check your browser's security settings to make sure that notifications are enabled so you know if your browser is blocking downloads.
Enabling Downloads in Internet Explorer
If you use Internet Explorer and continue to experience download issues after checking the items above, we recommend following the steps below to adjust your browser's security settings. These instructions are specific to Internet Explorer versions 6 and 7:
1. Visit the Tools menu (this is a button in IE 7 and a file option in IE 6).
2. Select Internet Options and click on the Security tab.
3. On the Security tab, click the Custom Level button.
4. In the Download section, select Enable under "Automatic prompting for file downloads" and "File download."
5. Click the OK button on the Security Settings and Internet Options screens to confirm your changes.
Delivery Schedule

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Guarantee
We are committed to providing a quality service, and to delivering quality products to our customers. Electronic products purchased from the shop are not capable of being cancelled or refunded once delivery has taken place, except where downloaded products are found to be faulty. Where this is the case, customers should contact sales@ukmusicsearch.co.uk and arrangements will be made either for replacement products to be delivered, or for payments to be repaid to their credit card
